Hey POON add another 1k to the list after a stomach scope looking for all reasons why the horse has elevated white cell counts but no sickness over the last month or so. Also another 250 for lung x-rays. So go ahead and knock the horse but your not going to finish a race with high white cell counts. We have a checklist over the weeks what he doesn't have that would effect this spike and with the scope takes out anything that a mass is the problem. So he remains a mystery. I will keep you in mind with vet bills so you don't need to fabricate your numbers!
Vets say that doesn't work on White counts. Just passing along what the trainer said. I wouldn't know one way or another. Thanks for mentioning it.
Since when does white count have anything to do with anemia?? Maybe try doing your research before posting.
