The worst EVER was a guy Harvey at the New York City OTB in Brooklyn. He would conduct seminars and would get one winner every leap year and then would brag about it.  ngc3 ngc3 ngc3 ngc3

Mike Antonaides was good - understood the concept of value
Emily Gaskin - pretty decent
Steve Cross - as useless as his announcing
Gabe Prewitt - outstanding - one of the best
The Mohawk crew - useless
The Big Guy at Big M - better than Brower but average overall
Derick Giwner - knows his stuff - very good
Jeremy Day - also very good - looks for value
The Los Al guy on their feed - biggest chalk player of all analysts
Flats guys? Mike Beer Marcus Hersh David Aragona - all do their homework..Dan Illman too...outstanding
Risi ?? Never even heard of him...sorry

Best guy and no one mentions him, is by far Mike Bozich.  Mike calls the races at harrahs phily and is very astute.  James Witharite alias the bugler, is also good to listen to.

not familiar with bozich's handicapping but his race call is very good and i heard him on tvg one sat nite talking about the big m races and he was very well prepared - a good guy for the sport!!

What bugs me about the Chester broadcast is that they almost never give any kind of analysis of any race unless its a big one. Just empty air. At least Beviglia gives somewhat of a synopsis even if its very limited of EVERY race at Pocono.
