Why does whoever does the TVG coverage from Meadowlands (tonight it's Little) give bets to make when you can't even bet?  There is a several second delay between off time and the time TVG shows the races when they say live.  No one can enter bets and hit submit on any AWD when they give the picks at the gate. It's not really live
