Now a month later his UDRS is 0.359

Appears he has gone down right?

Well his horses that got to race before his initial suspension all went backwards.

But get this:

Since August 4th when this cheating CRACKHEAD got his TRO to race again and his hearing put off until it doesn't matter anymore his UDRS is 0.429! 91zxa.1

You read that correctly.....0.4 29! His UDRS is up since he was allowed back to race! 91zxa.1
