When the milkshaking Shane Bowermaster got caught around July 17th his udrs was 0.375
Now a month later his UDRS is 0.359
Appears he has gone down right?
Well his horses that got to race before his initial suspension all went backwards.
But get this:
Since August 4th when this cheating CRACKHEAD got his TRO to race again and his hearing put off until it doesn't matter anymore his UDRS is 0.429!
You read that correctly.....0.4
29! His UDRS is up since he was allowed back to race!
WTF is Hoosier doing?
Clearly the answer is nothing.
This cheating fuck couldn't get a check right after he got caught.
Now he is back to his old ways and stealing purse money at a higher rate.
Hoosier Park stewards and the Indian Racing Commission members should be fired!
