My wifey still uses her maiden name at her job..Told me she earned her degrees under her maiden name and that I should just deal with it..She does share her paycheck so I'm okay with it..

IF MARRIED SHE MAY USE THE HYPENATED NAME WHICH MEANS THAT LEGALLY SHE MAY EXECUTE DOCUMENTS UNDER HER MAIDEN NAME----OR HER MARRIED NAME---OR THE HYPHENATED NAME WITH MAIDEN NAME FIRST-----MARRIED NAME.  THEREFORE, LEGALLY SHE HAS THREE LEGAL WAYS TO EXECUTE DOCUMENTS. 

HER DRIVERS LICENSE MOST LIKELY IS THE HYPHENATED VERSION.

Ever notice the brother and sister don’t come around at all anymore? Even the big races. They are probably embarrassed of Nancy and want no association. I remember seeing big family outings in the winner circle on TV. Not anymore. Good for them to get away.

I just looked at the sale results & unless my eyes are that bad she bought horses using Nancy Takter. As far as her siblings go they probably are busy living their own grown up lives and plus Covid has limited things or did y'all forget that.
