IF AND WHEN ANY PARTY DOES GO TO FEDERAL PRISION THE FIRST QUESTIONS ASKED IS CAN THEY SEE YOUR PAPERWORK ON YOUR CRIME.   THIS IS THE CRIMINAL JUDGEMENT.   UNTIL YOU SHOW THE OTHER INMATES YOUR CRIMINAL JUDGMENT YOU ARE NOT ACCEPTED INTO THE GENAERAL POPULATION.    IF YOU DO NOT SHOW YOUR CRIMINAL JUDGEMENT---WELL, YOU ARE NOT TREATED VERY KINDLY.

I HAVE NOT SEEN EITHER CRIMINAL INDICTMENT---BUT I WONDER WHO WAS ON THE ORIGINAL AND THEN NOT ON THE 'SUPERSEDEAS?"   MAYBE THOSE IN THIS INDUSTRY SHOULD IN FACT LOOK AT THE TWO INDICTMENTS AND DETERMINE WHO WAS LEFT OFF THE "SUPERSEDEAS" AS THIS PERSON OR PERSONS IS STILL WALKING THE BARN AREAS AROUND EVERYONE ELSE AND UNKNOWLINGLY THE REST OF THE INDUSTRY CAN BE DRAWN INTO THIS  INCIDENT!!!!

THESE INFORMANTS ARE STILL GATHERING NAMES, ADDRESSES AND PHONE NUMBERS TO REPORT.  THEIR JOB IS NOT DONE WITH THIS INDICTMENT---IT CONTINUES.
