Best Illinois bred race horses you can name

Had someone tell me that chicago racing was never a mecca and no good horses came from there.   I rattled of 20 quick I could think of off the top of my head.  Give me your opinion.

so many nice horses,,, few great horses lots of great people ive met last 17 yrs...

,,there were some very  nice  and borderline  great horses,,

ive seen race,

aliyah maria,,..(violet champ,,and 4 straight sires wins).

they were not great but gave me great memories,,

thats all that matters,

I'm sure the 20 you can name come from the pacing side as Sportsmaster, Incredible Finale, and Cole Muffler longtime staples on the stud side not only turned out IL greats but horses that went around the country and won open races. Richess Hanover also had some as well. Trotting side Kadabra and Plesac probably the standouts. Lady Ann Reed. There are plenty more only bad thing the past 12-15 years you had to sell trotters after three or go out of state to race. I had one and of course my favorite in Trot Fudge Sundae. Divison champ three years in a row, tied for second in horse of the year voting as a two year old, only IL bred as a 2yr old to win the filly American National. She was all heart and went on to win opens at Hoosier, Pompano, Meadows, and Running Aces. Most of the time against the boys once she was 4.
