SHOWS ME HOW UNJUST THE TBRED PEOPLE ARE.  BURKE GETS A DROP IN THE BUCKET FINE.  AND BAFFERT GETS SUSPENDED FOR 2 YEARS OR SO.

BAFFERT SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN OFF WITH A FINE ALSO.
