Thanks Export.. I’m curious what an eco friendly cottage will look like.. I guess this is better than the property being sold to the Hasidic and it becoming another housing development like Kiryas Joel.. it would break my heart to see high density multi family dwellings there..

With the moratorium on NYC casinos set to expire and the introduction of an actual bill, drafted in Legislature requesting $250 million in VLT funds be redirected, you may see a lot more of this sort of move.

After reading that description, I will be booking bets on whether that will ever happen LOL. A dairy, a vineyard, eco cottages, a sculpture trail? The dairy is the best, the only industry worse off than harness racing!!

It would have only be slightly more ridiculous had they thrown a harness raceway into the mix!!!
