Watch Tetrick on the 2 horse in the 9th race at Dover. He and two other drivers are looking on the outside to see where Kirby is on the 4. As they cross the wire (in the slow motion replay) Tetrick is still looking. The announcer is calling Kirby's horse but no way in hell did he get there. They rule it a dead heat. In the win photo, all drivers are looking straight ahead. Hate when that crap happens. Hardly no one looks around at the wire, but one of the best, TT is looking beyond the horses that are closest to him on his right,
