Bangor
« on: May 01, 2022, 05:13:35 PM »
Beautiful day at Bangor Raceway with 10 action packed races.  Ranger wins three, young guys win 6 and close out with a win by Casey!  Handle looked decent.  With Bangor, Cumby, and better horses going down to Plainridge, it looks like a great season for Maine horsemen. tmbz1 tmbz1 tmbz1

SINCE WHEN DO YOU HANDLE LESS THAN 100,000 AND THE HANDLE IS DECENT?

SINCE THE WELFARE STATE HAS TAKEN OVER HARNESS RACING

NO PLACE POOL REACHED 1000 THERE WAS A RACE THAT HANDLED 5 GRAND.

DECENT MY ASS

Are horses not getting in because an owner isn't licensed or ownership changes are not listed in the program?

state not processing licenses very fast. thats the last thing any track needs. on a great note racing has been great at bangor. handle has been ok. while some think 100k is nothing it is far better than the 30k of past years. bangor moves the races along and is a much nicer place for the public than cumberland. has better management, judges, race office. a day at bangor is much like a day at windor fair. pleasant.
