This guy changes trainer names more times than most ploppers change their underwear.  Wasn't it a woman?  Sheila something?  Then it's Steven Finkelstein...now it's a different Steven Finkelstein.  And who is this knucklehead Matt Medeiros who is down on a couple for him including one of the best half mile horses in the game.  What's the deal and who is pulling the strings behind the scenes?  Anyone have any insight?

So I believe Steve Finklestein is the owner of Jesmeral Stable..
And Monique COHEN ( Sheenas mom ) and Mederos are a couple and Sheena COHEN is a couple with Garett Dowse ..
