Bingo!  He isn't in it for the bettering of the game.  It's a personal grudge against a handful of people that got tired of his bitching and complaining.  If one of those juice trainers offered his old, broke ass a job he'd jump at it so fast he'd shit in his depends!  Why isn't he addressing the biggest cheats in the game right now?  Instead he's worried about a track and a couple people no one gives a fuck about.  Just like any business, look for the sign that says we have the right to refuse service to anyone...and he got the boot!  He has some valid points about some NY officials; but much bigger fish to go after if it were truly about the overall good.
