Correct!  However, it was trump and Barr who corrupted and politicized the DOJ and FBI.  It's all in Geoffrey Berman's new book "Hold the Line".  Berman was the lead US attorney in the SDNY before he was fired by Barr.  Recently, Barr has said a fair amount of negative things about trump but history will remember Bill Barr as trump's #1 enabler!
