We all saw the Fishman list back a few months ago. I imagine this list is more revealing. Mike says it will have every transaction, dose and buyers name as well as the product name.

I'm wondering what the people who purchased items from Fishman would be charged with and indicted for? Not sure they can prove they actually purchased it and used it. There's no chain of custody among other things. Not being a wise guy just wonder what you think about that??

All valid points, but again it's Federal not State and is the items they are buying narcotics with your reference to drugs?  If your a drug user and get caught you get charged with possession not sale. The drug dealer gets charged with sale.
So what's the charge of buying mis branded items? I'm talking charges and indictments by the Feds not racing commission license stuff.
Listen whatever happens to these guys so be it, I'm just asking you for the charges. You made the statement and I would like to know.

I'm not fighting you on your stance here. If people broke the law they should get what's coming. My only point is when you make an argument have some points to back it up. I'm sure the Feds can come up with a charge , but your playing the assumption game. You don't get found guilty with assumptions. Good luck with your fight!!!

If they bought a million doses of EPO you can't ASSUME they administered it.  We all know they did; but you can't just charge them for it.  You can raid their barns, but if they have anything illegal in there after this list comes out, they deserve what they get.  Mike is a fucking moron that thinks people will be indicted just for being on the list. NO CHANCE one person is solely indicted because of this list.  Better be a bunch of other evidence for that to happen.  But whoever said Mike has no sense of humor nailed it.  A bunch of people have joked with him and he takes it personally even when they didn't mean any harm.  I however think he is a poopy diaper old man with too much free time sponging off society.  Go work part time at CVS you fucking bustout!
