I think with Fishman appealing his conviction and obviously trying to get less time he will roll over on some of these trainers and owners.  With his testimony I believe there are a lot of people that should be worried.  With his list and his testimony it should be enough to convict.

I don’t understand all of this. First off, Fishmans list is like 25-40 years old.  There are names on that list of people who are dead or been out of the business for a long time. Also, just wondering how the list can actually place the person picking up the illegal narcotics? I could add anyone’s name on list. Does it mean that person actually picked up or received the drugs? This list don’t mean shit to me. Way more evidence needed.

I heard the same thing about him dying but I’ll ask again, how do we know the p pole on his sales list are indeed the actual people who picked up the drugs? Anyone can add anyone’s names to a list. It doesn’t mean anything other than Fishman had a large client base. I won’t be surprised when the people on this list actually deny it was them picking up drugs?
