JOHN FRANK ARMY gots me a Question about POWER BALL,MEGA MILLION,and all individual state lottery's. Do anyone know the book of RANDOM NUMBERS besides JOHN FRANK ARMY. Evidently not the MEGA people that run these POT OF LUCK draws. When JOHN FRANK ARMY in GRAD school he did a research paper. It was a couple years after ILLINOIS LOTTO started. I went to the THOMPSOM CENTER in downtown CHIIICAGO to see who winnin this SHIT. I wanted to track names to see if the WINNERS were somehow polictally connected. YOU somethin JOHN FRANK ARMY. When I asked the LOTTERY department for INFO on winners I was told,WHY you want that INFO. I say's doin a research paper tryin to get me MASTER'S. 3 minutes later,SECURITY came and escorted the MAN out of buildin. Lets go back to RANDOM #'S today in these big payoffs. RANDOM #'S meen the same compo can possibly come up 500 times in a row. Now individuals do play their own so called #'S lucky tickets. That not what JOHN FRANK ARMY talkin about. These combo # of states are sayin there are not a infinate # of tickets. Random #'S say there is. So a 1.2 billion jackpot can actually go to 10 BILLION and beyond. They pitch the odds are 1-320 million but that not the case accordin to their system. You could buy 5 tickets and accordin to random can all be the same. They should explain that those that just buy quick pics have a 1 in 320 million chance of winnin because in quik pic it eliminates each # that already been selected. FOLKS accordin to their own DEFINTION that NOT RANDOM #'S. I knows you all to STUPID to understand because YOOOOSEEE ALL never got beyond 5th grade,but leave it to JOHN FRANK ARMY who had 5 coureses in STATISTICS to lsteer your DUMP FUC ASSES in right DIRECTION.
