well it looks like judges actually can apply rules when warranted if they want to , hopefully they will do more of it
i have no problem with him keeping his training license, but no need for him to be driving ever

Peck-appealing the decision--just shows what kind of person we are dealing with.
The man put a wheel under M Miller and drove him off the track--because Miller-refused to surrender the lead-which being the arrogant ahole Peck is-made him mad and "Ill show him attitude"---by endangering the lives of Miller and both horses--and his sorry ass.
Remember Ben Hur??where drivers did -what Peck tried? Resulted in mass carnage -death and destruction.
So Peck-would have been great in Roman days--not so much today--Prison would be more acceptable. We just saw indictments of individuals who used drugs to win races-without giving a shit about how it would affect the horses health---well Peck driving is on that scale IMHO. Throw him in jail for awhile to think about his actions--and 2 year suspension is not enough. Life suspension at the very least--who needs dangerous aholes like this driving?? JMO.
