USUALLY THERE ARE SPECIFIC VICTIMS AS THEREE MUST BE A VICTIM FOR THERE TO BE A CRIME!!!!  IN THIS CASE THE VICTIMS ARE NOT NAMED AND ARE TOO MANY SO THE GOVERNMENT WILL BE PAID THE RESTITUTION AND FINES.  IN REALITY, IF VICTIMS WERE NAMED THE FINES AND RESTITUTION WOULD BE EVEN GREATER--THEREFORE, THE INDICTED WERE LUCKY IN THAT REGARD.

AS YOU MAY KNOW THERE AS A LETTER DOCKETED FROM FREEHOLD NEW JERSEY EVIDENCING A YEALING PURCHASE FOR $60,000 THAT THE COURT ACCEPTED AS EVIDENCE PROVING THAT THE DEFENSE COUNSEL MISREPRESENTED THAT THIS FELLA WAS NO LONGER IN THE HORSE BUSINESS.  IF HE WAS OUT OF THE BUSINESS WHY WOULD HE SIGN FOR A $60,000 YEARLING.  ADDITIONALLY IF HE WAS GETTING A DIVORCE WHY WAS HIS WIFE AND HIS WIFES FAMILY BE SIGNING FOR HORSES AT SALES.   

ONE WAY TO PROTECT ASSETS IS TO DIVORCE YOUR WIFE IN A CRIMINAL CASE---NOT SURE WHO IS ADVISING THESE OLKS BUT THERE ARE VARIOUS PARTIES SUPPLYING DOCUMENTS TO THE COURT PROVING THIS FELLAIS ACTIVE IN THE BUSINESS NOWEVEN THOUGH THE JUDGE ORDERED HIM NOT TO BE INVOLVED.   SOMEONE, IS TRYING TO GET HIM REMANDED AND TRUTHFULLY THE COURT HAS ALREADY BEEN LIED TOO--THE PROSECUTORS WASTED TIME AND MONEY AND THE NEXT STEP IS FOR THE PROSECUTORS TO PETITION THE COURT TO REMAND THIS YOUNG MAN FOR VIOLATION OF TERMS OF PRE-TRIAL.  HAPPENS EVERY DAY.   IN FACT HE WOULD WALK IN TO BE SENTENCED AND NOT WALK OUT UNTIL HIS SENTENCE IS SERVED.

IF THIS OCCURS HE WOULD BE HELD AT BROOKLYN MDC.   IN MONTHS HE WOULD BE BUSED TO STEWART AIRPORT.  FLOWN TO OKLAHOMA FOR TRANSFER---BACK TO HARRISBURG TO BE BUSED TO HIS FINAL DESTINATION---THIS IS 4 TO 5 MONTHS OF A LIVING NIGHTMARE.  THIS SOUNDS CRAZY BUT IT IS THE TRUTH.   THIS FELLA WOULD LEARN TO RESPECT THE COURT MOVING FORWARD. 

THIS CASE COULD GO EITHER WAY--IT LOOKS AS THOUGH IT HAS WORSENED FOR THE DEFENDANT OVER THE LAST FEW MONTHS.

It's just mind boggling that this guy actually thinks that a few letters and an attaboy from a couple folks he's done "charity" work for are going to let him skate on these charges. And to go out and buy a horse - in direct contradiction to the courts orders - just shows how arrogant this asshole really is. He deserves 30 years in a Turkish prison

I have seen many white collar crimes where the victims were not identified at time of prosecution. The defendants were found guilty and sentenced. In the mean time, an accounting firm is hired to do all the math and come up with the sum for the court to impose for restitution.
 From there, the court will post in places like the Wall Street Journal as well as other publication, inviting participants to enter into a Class Action Suit. It will be the court's duty to decide who meets the qualifying demands of the suit and move forward with restitution payments.
