Moo Boo!  Sowers, Butterfield, Deslandes.  They do have quite a few cheap horses.

Dates back to The Rolls Royce Stable of Merrick, NY. Smart dude who always exploited the trainer who would push the envelope over the edge. Was with Joe Gorrino for many years winning everything in site.
Almost everyone he is or has been with is on a deal and also has gone down hard.

How can the trainer make money on a deal if they race for small purses? Doesn't make sense? And don't tell me they make it gambling!!

MoCoo is one guy.  He calls every trainer who gets on a fresh roll.  Feeds them 8,000 claimers.  50/50 deals.  Not sure how the trainers make money. He must be bad luck, as the trainers’ shelf life is usually short.

50/50 split racing these types of horses can't work for the trainer with costs nowadays. If the horse makes $20-$25 K the trainer loses. Has to be a bigger split.

Steve Finklestein at Yonkers training on deals for MoCoo, Inc. lol. Oh I mean Matt Medeiros, Slum lord only bearded for Medeiros. Per Yonkers in 2022 not taking new trainers, they slide Mederios in on the last day of the meet. (How much did that cost Finklestein?) Also Brandsetter is a MoCoo trainer...
