IT IS VRY CLEAR THAT MANY FOLKS HAVE NEVER SEEN A PRISON FROM THE INSIDE.   I READ DESCRIPTIONS THAT ARE TOTALLY WRONG AS WRONG COULD BE.   THIS IS REAL.  THESE ARE FOLKS THAT WORKED THEIR WAY DOWN FROM THE PEN OR MEDIUM OR LOW SECURITY.  MORGANTOWN DOES HAVE A FENCE AROUND THE PRISON.  NOT SURE WHO CALLED MORGANTOWN CLUB FED.   MANY YEARS AGO MORGANTOWN HAD A POOL AND A GOLF COURSE---NO MORE.   POOL FILLED IN AND IT IS FENCED IN---PERIOD.   EVERYONE WORKS---LIGHTS OUT 9 PM.  LIGHTS ON 5 AM.  ROLL CALL AT BED AT 9 AM---4 PM AND 9 PM.   EVERYONE WORKS---MANY AT THE PEN--20 CENTS PER HOUR---THE WORST FOOD YOU HAVE EVR SEEN OR SMELLED----YES, "CLUB FED!"  THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS CLUB FED.

THE BIGGER PROBLEM IS THAT UPON ARRIVAL WHEREVER THESE FOLKS ARE SENT---THE LEADERS OF THE PRISON OR CAMP ARE REQUIRED BY THE OTHER INMATES TO GET THE CASE/TRANSFER DOCS AND REVIEW TO SEE WHAT THEY DID AND HOW THEY GOT THERE.   GOD BLESS YOU IF YOU WERE A CHOMO OR A INFORMANT.  TRUTHFULLY, ASK WHITEY BULGER HOW LONG HE LASTED AT HAZELTON.   ONE HOUR---TWO HOURS?   SHANKDED?   DEAD BEFORE HE UNPACKED.   GEE, POSSIBLE HE HAD A FEW OF THE ABOVE ISSUES.

NO DOG IN THE FIGHT BUT I DO NOT CARE WHO GOES TO WHAT PRISON AND ESPECIALLY IF YOU WERE AN INFORMANT ---THIS WILL BE A VERY TOUGH JOURNEY!!!

AN INFORMANT WILL BE DISCLOSED TO ALL THE OTHER INMATES AS ONCE SOMEONE DOES THIS---THEY WILL MOST LIKELY DO IT AGAIN.   THERE ARE MANY INMATES IN CAMP THAT WAITED 30 YEARS TO SEE DAYLIGHT AND THEY WILL NOT RISK SOMEONE RATTING THEM OUT TO THE GUARDS TO GET A REDUCED SENTENCE.

BEEN TO MORGANOWN HUNDREDS OF TIMES AND THE FENCE SURROUNDS THE LOW SECURITY PRISON.   MAYBE NOT AS BAD AS SOME OTHER HIGH PROFILE PRISONS BUT IT IS THERE!!!!!!

How much time in prison do you think Surick gets?  The other names that were blackened out, will they ever be seen or made public? If Surick lied about the Vet giving EPO, how much truth do they put in on names that he mentioned that were using illegal drugs?  Why list them? I would guess the list is long. There was no breakdown, but even if we assume that half of these occurred in federal prison{highly doubtful}, that doesn't quite align with camp counselor's hyperbole. How else can you explain a light sentence if you:
1. Lied to the FBI
2.helped kill and dispose of 6 or more horses.
3.Gave a horse EPO-which in itself can get you barred for life.
4.Sold non FDA approved drugs and also used them on his horses
5.Ratted on your friends.
6.bought horses while under indictment.
This POS deserves 30 years-and when he gets out-have a restraining order not to be within a mile of any Horse Racing Activity.
After seeing Surick perform all these nefarious acts--the man insnt sorry--he will just carry on -cloak and dagger stuff when he gets out.

MY ESTIMATE IS 48-72 MONTHS.  THE LETTER FROM PROSECUTOR HELPED REDUCE THE SENTENCE.  THEY COULD HAVE REQUESTED AND RECEIVED MORE.  THE JUDGE WILL RELY MORE ON TH PSR REPORT AS THE PSR WAS COMPLETED OVER A LONG PERIOD OF TIME.   THE OTHER PARTIES ARE BIASED---THE PSR IS SUPPOSED TO BE IOBJECTIVE AFTER EXTENSIVE RESEARCH AND INTERVIEWS WERE HELD BY THE SPECIALIST.  THE SPECIALIST WAS ON PHONE CONUCTING INTERVIEWS AND CALLING PARTIES TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE DEFENDANTS THAT ARE TO BE SENTENCED.  THIS IS A VERY DEEP RESEACH DOCUMENT.  FURTHER, THE DEFENDANT HIMSELF WOULD HAVE BEEN INTERVIEWED ABOUT HIS ENTIRE LIFE.  THE PSR IS THE MPOST HEAVILY WEIGHTED DOCUMENT OF ANY SENTENCING.

THESE ARE SERIOUS CHARGES.  THE MAN ADMITTED THAT HE DID THESE THINGS IN COURT UNDER OATH.  HE CANNOT SAY HE DID NOT DO THESE THINGS OR YOU CAN ADD PERJURY TO THE ONG LIST.  THIS JUDGE QUESTIONED THE DEFENDANT ALREADY WHEN HE PLED GUILTY---SHE WILL DO SO AGAIN IN THE SENTENCING.
