THE CRIMINAL JUDGMENT BECAME PUBLIC INFORMATION TODAY.  THE CRIMINAL JUDGMENT WAS FILED IN FEDERAL COURT.

THE HIGHLIGHTS:
1.  5O MONTHS FOR COUNT #1 AND #2 TO RUN CONCURRENT
2.  12 MONTHS FOR COUNT #3
3.  HOUSED AS CLOSE TO SOUTH JERSEY AS POSSIBLE
4.  ELIGIBLE TO RDAP WHICH ALL DRUG/ALCOHOL OFFENDERS ARE ORDERED. 
5.  MUST REPORT ON APRIL 3, 2023 TO WHATEVER DESTINATION THAT THE BOP REQUIRES
6.  AFTER SENTENCE THERE IS 2 YEARS OF SUPERVISED RELEASE WITH DNA AND DRUG TESTING
7.  RESTITUTION OF $42,752,532
8.  FINE OF $2500 IF NOT PAID IN FULL WITHIN 15 DAYS.
9.  $300 FINE
10. $260,000 FORFEITURE
11. PLUS STANDARD CONDITIONS

Supposedly round two is for sure but nobody seems to know when. If it helps at all, you might want to know that round one took seven years but it did finally happen.

I don't believe that many have. There are still many high percentage trainers. IMO it is as bad as ever. The only difference is the names have changed in some instances.

How are you sure of this.  While I hope you are correct.  I just dont think they will be getting anyone else.  I realize there are many others that were involved.

With all do respect Esquire, how do you say with captaincy there is a round 2 with "names very well known " when you say in your sentence before, " these are sealed docs with redacted names ..." ?

Well if there is a round 2 you would have those names redacted in sealed documents so they dont take flight. Then you unseal and just like an onion you peel off another layer.

This is another I'll believe it when I see it.  If so, why weren't they just included on this one.  I'm sure Nicky the Rat has given plenty of names even when he wasn't asked.    I hope he sold out his boy Joey B!

Understood. So, anyone who claims there is a "round 2" is speaking from conjecture or inside info.
