Allard has yet to Surrender. Grasso, he was delivered to Otisville Jan. 24. I would imagine his indictment in PA. voided his surrender date and was remanded. Banca is also in Otisville. Allard and Surick have  more money they would like to donate to their lawyers before surrendering.

I just can't understand what Grasso was thinking pulling that casino stunt. Maybe he's going to try the Ron Jeremy "I've lost my mind" and get sent to a hospital
