how did this criminal get n yonkers? he was suspended for like 10 years from canada -- had tons of positives in nj. and now all of a sudden is allowed in and winning races at yonkers where trainers that have been racing there forever cant even race? wtf

Im on the other side of the fence.If you get a serious suspension > a year--you do your time-and then you return-with a conditional license-meaning you get harsher penalties if you repeat.I just looked up Medeiros-he received a one year suspension for a repeat black Box-then took time off-and returned as a groom before getting his trainers license back--whats wrong with that?? Correct the only ones needing a beard shortly will be Ray the rat Schnittker and Mark fatty Ford. These two POS are receiving back what they have been doing to others for years.
