Didn't beat anyone up. Just his usual manic shit, when he drinks or is off his meds. Being worse than normal.  around the paddock and the drivers room. Told the troopers to fuck off and and get real jobs, handcuff time. He needs help, train wreck. I'm sure there are plenty of videos. Why would this surprise anyone, he's beend like this for a long time.
