1st of all he did't try to "Kill" Marcus! That is a very serious accusation. To the best of my knowledge he has not been charged with attempted murder, or questioned.  Just because they put cuffs on him at Meds does NOT mean he was arrested, there is NO record of him being arrested for this incident. If you think he is the most harmful person in harness racing, YOU are way behind the times.

Do you really think that Greg Peck should not be allowed to be around a racetrack because he has a mental illness? How many others shouldn't be allowed around a racetrack. I don't know about anyone else but I know my share of unstable people that are licensed by states to be around tracks. Trainers, drivers, owners, grooms etc. Clean them all out, you'll be looking for stable geniuses like yourself. Not many left.

OK. He just purposely put a wheel under Marcus multiple times forcing him offstride into the infield, and got a 2 year suspension because of the danger of it.
