The bigger issue is that he is ruining the sport. How much does he need? Sets up stables and dominates in states that have new slots enriched programs. Why not let the smaller outfits that were struggling for years fully reap the benefits? Sure he has lots of money but it's gotten out of hand. Multiple entries in bigger races. ( and they help each other in the race). Has many horses in so many states that he can move them around from state to state to fit cheaper conditions elsewhere. Now he's buying overnight horses on online auctions. Jacking up the prices to eliminate a possible new owner to the sport,He and his partners may be laughing to the bank now but down the road, they will be wishing that they weren't so greedy,

This is exactly why Yonkers prohibits multiple entries in each of the five Borgata (Levy) $50,000 prelims. Burke's Clear Vision riding shotgun for Foiled Again was an oft repeated tactic.
