REDISTRIBUTION
POSITIVE TEST- POST RACE
Trainer Charles Crissman Jr., having waived his right to a Judges hearing, and being the
trainer of record for the gelding OVERSERVED in race 14 on 4/26/2023 at Harrington
Raceway. It has been found that OVERSERVED had a positive test (Dimethylsufoxide) with
mitigating circumstances (see DHRC rule: 8.3.3.3.2). There will be a loss of purse

The circumstances on how it got in are what they are questioning.  Another traveling gypsy of a vet probably rolled his truck and some medications spilled all over the ground and the horse licked some up.
