What a shame place is falling apart it’s to bad
don’t they have a horsemen’s association???

yes, but all they do is get the maximum purse money and let the place fall down! 
FYI, the t-breds rent a handful of stalls at the raceway for that meet and they must make a good buck on that too!

Problem with that is very few "horseman associations" are for the horseman. They want the dues and when you have a issue it's like "Go away! Don't bother us"! Most of the saw called Board is under the racetracks management anyway.
