and here is the video:https://horseracingwrongs.org/2023/09/28/video-of-trainer-dale-hiteman-beating-his-2-year-old-horse/
The two things that stuck out to me was, as mentioned previosuly, the horse in the adjoining stall seemed genuinely comcerned as to what was happening, and that it was clear that Hiteman was acting out of anger. If what has been said about this poor filly is true, she should not be at the racetrack. And if you find that you have to beat the beejeesus out of a 2yos to get them out on the track, you should find a new profession. Does anyone really believe what happened won't make her even more of a nut?
Verified true story
Now we need to come up with a symbol or avatar for a LUCPARK CERTIFICATION to authenticate insinuations in posted materials! LP CERTIFIED! would also make a great merch. campaign . (No disrespect intended) Looking to develop a GOLD STANDARD for faster processing of imput, that's all!

An unusually strong staement by the USTA. I applaud then using the word "brutal".
As mentioned many times over a USTA membership isn’t required at most tracks. Hiteman has been racing is racing at hoosier and was racing at red mile in sire stakes
