I have seen many bad drivers over the years but never one so blatant in trying to injure another driver and his horse. I know he received a stiff suspension for his suicide drive at Chester but why would the powers that be ever consider letting Peck drive again. He shouldn’t even be allowed on the NJ Turnpike.
