Let's all thank God this piece of garbage was finally removed from Monticellos card today. Meaning the jig is officially up all around. No room for this guy after this horrible report came out from Cornell. Showing multiple skull fractures to Finish Line. Hopefully this guy never touches another horse again.
The man in question scheduled to drive in 1st,2nd,3rd and 6th today at Monti. If not satisfied by his 'side of story' the Monti judges must again, like yesterday, put a stop to his participation. If anyone has anything more re: Cornellpls let us know. The kind of violent information posted above, if true, would be worthy of charges and a courtroom appearance. NOT to mention, if guilty, a potential disqualification from the USA. (if the guilty party has nothing more than a 'working visa' of some sort, you'd have to assume it could /would be torn up, followed by a one-way trip to border, and out.
GenerationXYZI can only GUESS there might be dual citizenship-type 'full' privileges. If not, your concern is fully warranted.Alot less legal 'muscle' when you're just work 'visiting'.
for action not to be taken by the racetracks would be shameful, even for head in the sand harness racing.Good to see....
Agreed, I believe this is equal to the doping violations, and needs to be addressed with the same severity if not more stringent investigation and penalty.
