Interestingly if you look at average earnings per start and cumulative earnings given the number of starts each between Nancy Takter and Marcus Melander over the past 2 years, individually and combined, you may be startled. I didn't realize Melander was a fake, phony or user, but I take you at face value and I am sure you know the situation and him better than I do.

Of course Svanstedt is in his own league, but the two aforementioned are quite formidable

my point is it MATTERS how much money youve put into gaining that return.
he raced million dollar horses against nw1 all spring. so his udrs is high
its about ROI. NO ONE not even AKE or JIMMY pays more for horse flesh
they win races everyday.
and you can go years without soomeone improving of these operations. yet in the time since this thread started MM hasnt won a race but the one horse he sold wins even though he couldnt keep him flat??

start letting the facts settle in before just beig dumb and arguing a losing battle
Accurate and factual
Melander and Wallen were both kids waving their hands in the air for high priced yearlings both have huge money backers, they get on stage for the big performance but never land the leading role

But still Melander bangs out $6 million per year in earnings and if you look closely has a higher average earnings per start 9 a very important ) barometer than Nancy T over the last 3 years. He certainly is a top conditioner of trotters, has a high batting average, would have won the Hambo this year if not for a miracle trip for a rival, so the people that say he will be going to sweden soon with his "tail between his legs" sound foolish, at least to me. that's all. Not trying to fight.

Come on now, Joshua.

You "manage" your father's overnight horses he buys off the track.

You don't know anything about young horses.

You and Pops are buyers of Used Horses, right?

You live in a condo your father owns.

I'm still waiting to be impressed.

I was in Lexington and bought broke and trained babies myself 2 years ago.
And worked for mm before that.

Come say hi at any of the three tracks I'm racing at today or any other day.

Take a lap in the meantime

You are a very fortunate man. You are part of that less than 1% for whom the game is easy.

You have all missed the mark.  The Greatest Money Making Trainer of this thread should be Greg Peck.  Just ask him, he'll tell you so.

LOL   1993    Johnny Come Lately   You missed the greatest racetrack, backstretch and racing world that ever existed......Roos evelt Raceway   it's a shame too cause given your passion, you would have loved it.  Least you started watching in time to see as great a crop of 3 year old pacers as has ever existed
