Are you sure? I thought the fines and restitution of 43M was confined to the Grasso, Allard, Banca cabal.   I am sure Nicky is facing fines but I didn't think they were part of that judgement. But it all gets intertangled so i am prolly wrong

Facing 20 years, he was supposed to receive around 70 months originally for his plea. Not sure if any time was reduced for cooperation. No time off for good behavior stuff in Federal  You must do 85%, be pardoned or transferred, out of mercy, for an extreme terminal illness to a medical lockup or home confinement.

62 months x 85%= 52.7 months. 52 months puts him at or near the release date shown..I think. Or is the 15% part of his rat deal?

Looks right on the length of time.
The forfeiture order is in the amount of $260,561. Restitution in the total amount of $42,752,532.
It's only libel if it's a lie

FEES WERE $300.   THE RESITUTION IS $42,752,632.00 PLUS INTEREST.

THE INTEREST RATE WAS NOT STATED IN CRIMINAL COMPLAINT BUT MOST LIKELY 6% INTEREST.  INTEREST IS REQUIRED AS PER THE JUDGE.

THIS CANNOT GO AWAY THRU ANY MEANS EXCEPT DEATH.

THE STIPULATIONS AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS ARE VERY SUBSTANTIAL.  UPON COMPLETION OF SENTENCE HE WILL ALSO HAVE 2 YEARS OF SUPERVISED RELEASE.

THE CRIMINAL COMPLAINT IS EXTENSIVE.

IT IS STILL POSSIBLE THAT A RULE 35 B COULD BE CREDITED AS WELL AS RDAP CREDIT AS HE WAS REFERRED BY THE JUDGE FOR DRUG COUNSELING.  IF THE RDAP PROGRAM IS COMPLETED HE COULD RECIEVE UP TO 9 MONTHS EARLY RELEASE.  ADDITIONALLY, THE FIRST STEP ACT SIGNED ON DECEMBER 21 2018 COULD HAVE AN IMPACT TO SHORTEN THE SENTENCE FOR ADDITIONAL GOOD TIME CREDITS.   AS OF TODAY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT HAS NOT FULLY IMPLEMENTED THE GOOD TIME CREDITS.

THE STATEMENT OT SERVING 85% OF YOUR SENTENCE IS CORRECT UNLESS HE HAS ANY ISSUES WHILE INCARCERATED.   IF HE DOES THE 15% DOES IN FACT GO AWAY.

EITHER WAY----A VERY LONG TIME THIS YOUNG MAN.

Counselor's finger slipped and added an extra hundred, maybe because he's always yelling

85%> is standard for all federal felons before consideration for parole. No "good time" at the fed level.

FEEL FREE TO READ THE LAW SIGNED BY PRESIDENT TRUMP CALLED THE FIRST STEP ACT.   IT BECAME LAW ON DECEMBER 21 2018.   THE FIRST STEP ACT DOES IN FACT GRANT INMATES AT NON VIOLENT LEVELS THE OPPORTUNITY TO EARN "GOOD TIME CREDITS"---IN THIS CASE, CAMPERS CAN EARN THE GOOD TIME CREDIT UP TO 15 DAYS PER MONTH SERVED.  IT IS A VERY COMPLICATED LAW AND THEREFORE THE GOVERNMENT IS HAVING A HARD TIME IMPLEMENTING IT.

REST ASSURED, THE LAW HAS CHANGED AND "GOOD TIME" CREDITS CAN AND WILL BE EARNED IN THE FEDERAL SYSTEM.

I'm going to disagree with that.  All caps make is harder to follow.  Maybe easier to see but it doesn't flow.  I can't even bother reading everything this guy and the other cap guys writes. Too tiring.

You must do 85% of your sentence. The 15% is called good time. So if your good, no fights, drugs, etc. If any of these things occur, you loose your "good time" which in that case you must finish all ot your sentence in full.. I don't know if he's at the prison or the camp ? Either way still 85%. I'm a little familiar with the drug program getting some time off, but I don't think would apply to him.  However he has no release date on the BOP site which means he's still cooperating or doing something with the feds. Something to think about is that Jason Servis has not even gone to court as of yet, he must have a really good law team.
