It's a total shitshow. There were multiple scratches in one race due to three ineligible horses.
In another race, a horse that was claimed in his last start was entered in a conditioned race
and had to be scratched because he was entered with no claiming tag as required by law.
It's also turned into the wild west as drivers who were a under a strict wrist and elbow whipping
rule are now being allowed to go back to one hand whipping with no penalties as track
management has overruled the stewards.
