     Not that has any effect on this case but Taylor sued Gural once before and the result was an out of court settlement.   The suit was about a race that Gural decided he wanted to cancel even though there was an agreement in place with the horsemen for that particular race. When Gural’s lawyers told him he was going to lose he settled the case for an undisclosed amount of money.

We are all aware of Gural's financial position. But the only point to be made here, is that if Gural does not fight this case tooth and nail. The position of banning the list participants is mute, and opens the door to more litigation, or a joint effort by other litigants.
