Jimmy pants never had hair so wasn't him in van.

That remark is not true. Can anyone guess when Suspect 1 started shaving his head?

Wow! This is a very interesting addition to the plot of this mystery! I am a huge true crime viewer and that one got past me! 2 photos could be the most important part of the investigation! What a great find it would be if you could locate some pre and post crime win pictures! My thoughts are that "if only 2 people had access to the drugs  that killed her,the point of purchase must have records of all their customers!  91.jzail 11.hmzr

How about you just tell us? Or do you prefer we sit here and guess for a week/10days while you go MIA, and then don't respond to any questions we ask...

  • dougie: IIB, I think the mayor will sign the bill if it reaches his desk. The optics on this issue is bad for the horse carriage industry. Animal activists are adept to using the media to enlist horror and anger by the public.

  • Ignorance Is Bliss: It's now a bill with city council. Public hearings will be scheduled then the council votes on it. If passed it's sent to the Mayor to sign into law. He has already said he's in. Marte just took over, Bob Holden is the actual author of the bill who retired last year.

  • dougie: IIB, I have been reading some of the work Councilman Marte has been doing on this issue. I think he might be successful with passing the 'Ryders Law" Bill this time around. The image of the horse dead on the street has even been seen here everywhere. If the animal activists can get this on the ballot, who knows how the vote will go.
