Some gems from this new article by Paige Desmond of the Waterloo Record,

-Stephen Heimbecker owes more than $115 million to creditors with at least half a dozen civil suits brought by investors who are owed about $80 million of the total debt combined.

-Even after declaring bankruptcy in November and with civil suits underway, Heimbecker took his family to their Florida home during the Christmas break.  (Fraud is so exhausting man! He needed a break!  )

-He estimated between $500,000 and $2 million of his debt is related to gambling

-Joanna Heimbecker applied to the court in September for an increase to her allowance so that she could make her $3,500 monthly Porsche payment - DENIED

and so on and so on..
