I thought Mike was already suspended five years another time.  This could be for life!  He was nowhere to be found for an extended period, why come back in the paddock if you aren't clean?  Had to know he has a target on his back.

I've never been to Delaware but I saw Mike drive in Sire stakes at the Meadows. 2yr old trotters were the flavor of the day. I started betting on him after the 1st time he won with a 1st time starter that he was able to keep trotting even though the colt was trotting in front and running behind! The pitfalls that come with any habits will make a looser out of the best of men! SMH. One day at a time Mike!!!

I guess it's sad...but he's had every opportunity.  His family has enough money to get him the best help available and still not enough.  He had it all and blew it!

The world of  "entitlement" is a bitch....meaning everything handed to you instead of you being a self - made man........if he had to pay for his own rehab and had to go hungry because no one was there to pick up the pieces maybe , just maybe , it would sink in and he would get some serious help and have a great sponsor....not people that enable his dope addict behavior.End of story...this has been going on for 25 years.

Needs to hit rock bottom if he is going to stop. Then he needs to get help and get out of this game.

His step dad is a great guy.  His mother is an enabler.  A friend told me it was coke this time.  Mike is a good guy when he's clean.  Just a shame all the way around.
