TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, HE KNOWS THAT HE'LL BE IMMEDIATELY ARRESTED IF HE TRIES TO SHOW UP AT GOSHEN OR YONKERS. SCM has given Gural, Settlemoir and the Meadowlands ultimatum to give tapes to media of a conversation he had with them if they don't make good to him in some manner he doesn't even explain.

Someone needs to tell SCM when he said his phone wasn't recording only to have another set of recorders, those he recorded will likely be viewed in court as having an expectation of privacy regardless of the one person rule here in NJ.

If I was advising the Medowlands, I would immediately bar SCM and inform all emplyees not to engage with him in any manner. I got to believe Gurals' lawyers will tell him something similar.

Its quite possible/probable that SCM may get hurt if he comes to Yonkers or Goshen, but why would he be arrested?

Pretty sure saying you didn’t record a conversation and then recording it anyway is already a scumbag move. But then using that to basically blackmail them into doing what he wants is very illegal. He basically admits it in his most recent video where he says something along the lines of “if they don’t handle this the right way I’ll post the video”

Doesn’t have to do anything wrong. Gural has the right to refuse business to anyone. SCM is definitely taking on city hall by recording Jason and then threatening to do what I say or else. The guy is losing his marbles and Dave Yarrock is no better. It’s a shame that Yarrock turned bad. Two scumbags that deserve each other. Wonder how much money SCM is getting paid to post  nice Dave Yarrock stories and videos.

I was thinking the exact same thing.  He isn't demanding money or material things, so is it actually illegal?  Because it is the absolute definition of blackmail.
