Don't be confused by the latter, as it's mostly old copy and I doubt after what he says about Yarock in his latest video, Yarock is financing this fundraiser again.

You got to admit, this is entertaining.

TO BE CLEAR: This GoFundMe is strictly for anyone who wishes to chip in to help with MY costs. Pretty much everything you see me do, travel etc. It has NOTHING to do with the care of the "Seven Refugees". Anyone wishing to donate to them just hang on while I wait for the proper channel to sent those to. It's been this way since this started, I refuse to allow the bottom feeders to somehow twist what was done here. Either way, right now all seven are basking in the sun enjoying life being happy horses again. All I care about.

SCM just posted a short video that says he's been charged with sexual assault, and has a court date for it on April 4th.

So in the span of a few hours, he threw Yarock under the bus, reposted the old gofundme page, and now states he's been charged with sexual assault.

This sure beats watching them race and line-up at Yonkers and Chester.

Not assault, Harassment is what I hear.

Harassment is definitely a much lesser charge.  What do we think was actually said to be charged with this?  I would think the victim would have to show proof that is was unwanted.

I cannot go into details due to pending charges against Petrelli. What I can say is I regret the day I ever met the man as he has caused me so much grief and embarrassment. I apologize to anyone who has been negatively affected by him. That is all I can say for now.

I think most of us realize you were just trying to help a most narcissistic person, very vindictive, and very troubled overall.
 
I would hope after all his posts on FB overnight about you, that you realize this to the fullest, and cease all interactions with him as everyone else who has had anything to do with him, has done.

SCM is radioactive especially in the racing community. I can’t disagree with the sentiment to distance themselves as much as possible.
