Serious response?  Here goes...How could ANYONE consider Dave Yackoff a serious and responsible party for;

#1. the GSY, Gural/ Settlemor saw through him over time.

#2. a scholarship being run as a slush fund? Who and I mean who, writes checks made to CASH out of a scholarship fund, that specifically has a stated purpose and allocation plan for distribution of said proceeds.  None of which criteria provides for CASH payments or ANY payments other than exactly as specified. 

#3. This guy is a financial planner, and he's doing this type of under handed shit?  Maybe someone should scratch the surface of his clients funds.  As I said in another thread.  I wouldn't let the guy touch a kids piggy bank, yet alone preside over an estate plan and investments.  Guaranteed this is innate patterns exposed.

#4. Now that he's exposed, he trumps up a harassment charge.  Dave Yacoff is a world class fuck up, that has probably used his nice guy persona for alternative bait and switch.

I can't speak to what Yarock did or didn't do intentionally (if anything), or what was unintentional, stupidity, or whatever. However, everyone in the business who goes to the track, knows the various parties involved, spoke with Meadowlands management (as they were very open and honest about what was going on), knows what happened. Yarock stepped down, stepped aside, resigned, whatever you want to call it simply because he was running the club without any oversight, checks and balances, governance, transparency, and so on.

When Meadowlands management started to question various expenses, decisions, etc., and fellow Board members, like David Glasser, did as well -- they were met with tremendous resistance. Not necessarily because Yarock was hiding anything. Maybe he was. I don't know. But they were met with resistance because Yarock was not running the club with the level of formality that was required. Whether it was GAAP or the equivalent of, the principles and protocols required were simply not present. Thus, the Meadowlands had no choice but to cease their support of the club. I believe David Glasser, who may have been Treasurer, resigned from the Board for the same reasons -- and this was after he asked for documentation, accounting, etc. Like him or not David Glasser is a successful businessman, and an intelligent, stand up guy, who has been around this business his entire life.

Whether Yarock is a crook or not, I have no idea.

I am well aware of that, but it's moot. I couldn't care less if it were true or not. It's irrelevant. Cast aspersions, throw out theories, etc. The facts are the facts and that's why Glasser stepped aside and so did the Meadowlands. The intelligent people know that. At least I can say I don't know if Yarock is a thief or not. You and the rest of the wannabes just throw out BS and innuendo.
