WOW, then he clearly prayed on desperate people.

I don't think they were desperate, look at the list. I think they were people who bought into a pretty good line of BS.
If you've got a problem with me, you're GUILTY.

I meant the people coming to him for 18% loans. Clearly the people putting up the finds were lured in by the generous, (to good to be true ),returns.

I think dad bongiorno acquired the money and bought horses in his sons name and/or had hidden ownership and attempted to use the children as write offs in the scam….. allegedly dad was buying the drives for the son starting out so it kinda makes sense that both the son and daughter are creditors but you can’t simply list creditors without financial proof …I’m surprised Nicole diconstanza is not a creditor as well in this instance but perhaps it was prior to the relationship ….perhaps the bankruptcy court is saying that bankruptcy chapter 7 is not a method to have allegedly illicit gains and then have them wiped clean …I guess this eventually comes out …..

This is very old news. There is a Bob Bongiorno thread from 2017.

The perks of being a bustout who lives in a room. What's incredible is seeing the list of those who just handed him money. Here....
Nothing more Bustout than obsessing over other people's money.

It is only in the debtor's selfish and best interest to list everything humanly possible for creditors, liabilities, etc. -- you name it, loans, bills for goods and services, credit cards, LOC's, anything and everything. The BK process offers the debtor the opportunity to be released from personal liability for debts (certain specified types of debts). If a debt gets discharged, the debtor is no longer legally required to pay it. So a broke person is going to list anything and everything they can. As a matter of fact, commonly debtors get caught trying to make a certain kind of debt look like a different kind of debt, just so it gets or has a better chance of getting discharged.

  • Bitter Truth: That Golden Tempo , I'm afraid is  a money burner. Gets so far back. Was in range but just hung and raced even in the stretch. Didn't see a Derby winner in there in my opinion.
