Additional Details:While driving #1 Boss Baby in race 8 on 5/11/24 he committed an act of carelessness by throwing his whip into the infield prior to the finish of the race thus hindering his ability to drive his horse through the finish. Mr. Irvine had a hearing with the judges on 5/15/24. He is hereby fined $1000 and suspended from driving for 30 days. The penalty will be reduced to a fine $500 and a driving suspension of 15 days if not appealed. O.S.R.C.-3769-17-11(D)(1)&(2). The fine must be paid by 5/25/24.
