The bottom line is Ervin and George control the races and not much Peine can do. Cause of their number of entries. It’s like Burke at the meadows. These guys are always going to be protected when they have numbers that control the entry box. Peine is a jerkoff but his back is against the wall when it comes to bigger stables.

Ok I was trying to avoid doing this but I will now prove my case with cold hard facts and evidence. Most of the Hoosier Park horseman know and understand my story when I was employed by the IHRC. Moving forward, one of the biggest issues that I had was the way I was told to selectively enforce the rules to some, but not all. I'm sorry, but I told them point blank, you have the wrong guy for this job. I was given orders to investigate any complaints that came from horseman to management and everything in between. It seemed like I would spend much of my time gathering information, only to be told drop that case and start on something else. (I soon figured out that my investigation and evidence would most likely end up with some sort of conviction or suspension/fine). I don't know how many people on horseplop have done this type of work, but it becomes very frustrating when the fruits of your labor get thrown out the window because of WHO the person is. That sums up Hoosier Park management and the IHRC in a nutshell. If you doubt me on this, I invite you to speak with our old steward Dave Magee who is now at Oak Grove in Kentucky. Now I will make my case about why Peine should be removed as race secretary at Hoosier. Here is direct verbiage from the Hoosier Park condition sheet from the desk of Peine. STARTING WITH THE QUALIFIERS ON 3/13/24, HORSES QUALIFYING AT HHP MUST MAKE THEIR NEXT START AT HHP. EXCEPTIONS ARE BELOW1. Horse is entered in a "paid in" event at another track2. Horse is entered at HHP and did not get in (if you feel an exception is warranted, please contact racing office to discuss)(Violators of this rule are subject to lose the ability to enter qualifiers)I draw your attention to this past Wednesday, May 15th's 7th qualifying race. The third place finisher was a horse named Fox Valley Durham. At the time of the entry, the trainer of record is Erv Miller. Upon meeting the qualifying time at HHP, the very same afternoon, the horse was entered and into race on May 21st in the 8th race at Oak Grove in Kentucky. * this horse was NEVER entered at HHP and matter of factly, used HHP to qualify and violate Mr. Peine's own rule. There are other instances that I will cite upon request that involve Tyler George as well. And this is EXACTLY why I cannot work for the IHRC and/or HHP. If another trainer who only had ten horses violated this rule, Peine would throw the book at them. You can now see how the rules only apply to smaller stables. Again folks, I do not have a dog in this fight, but this type of unethical and unfair treatment of individuals was the reason why I was terminated from the IHRC and thus, my calling that Mr. Peine submit his resignation or face termination for violating his own written rule.* So how long have you been around racing two days because that qualifying rule is in place at many tracks you have no clue why that horse was able to qua there and I'm sure Scott is just doing his job I'm sure someone told him to do that just wish you cry babies had to deal with the piles of shit that ran Chicago like doc homers wife Langley and the biggest POS that star guy that use to be at Yonkers that mother fucker was a complete tool
Soooo. 22 horses control the box?
Also I’m quite you don’t want me to cite the other paper trainers Tyler George uses on the mediocre horses so that he can keep his training percentages high. That would require a whole new investigation which of course would get swept under the proverbial red carpet by Peine and the IHRC. It would simply be too many facts for Gale and you to have to answer for. Like I was once told, be careful what you wish for because the facts will and do shed light on certain situations. But stay at HHP and as long as you have Peine at the helm in the race office, Tyler, Erv and a few other “select” trainers will have no worries other than an occasional slap on the hand here and there to make it look good. Lee me know when you need more factual stories of the daily occurrences of corruption from Peine’s office. In the meantime, please do send along a thank you as you wish for facts we’re just proven. tom if you have facts post them,,if not lets move on,,
1. The horse was already qualified. That was a 3rd time. Being already qualified he could race anywhere .. not to mention the race for hoosier DIDNT FILL.2. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE inform us.... including TG himself who the paper trainers are. We would all LOVE to know. I mean seriously...we REALLY need to know.3. Can we have some of your FACTUAL rules that have been broken? ANY will do. ANY. THE NUMBERS STAY UP BY NOT RACING BAD HORSES. If they aren't good enough, they aren't in the barn. Sorry you sucked at "sucking" , ooops i mean your job and have to go to the end of the line.... but take it like a man and admit your defeat. If you had all these facts.... you would have managed to accomplish something. Weren't you HEAD of the commission? You didn't answer to hoosier park or managment...so stop blaming others for your short coming
