owner of River Ness was the high bidder at $51,500. No sale, Now horse is being offered on a Facebook page for $60,000. Someone will get him for $50,000.
I told the owner that it will be hard to get the $60k and he said he will continue to buy them back. he says,"everyone I talk to complains about how they can’t find good horses in good form and when one comes up they won’t pay for it, the horse is pacing miles consistent in 149 and 150 pacing home in 25.3 but he’s not worth 50-60k? Per conditions these horse well and people would be getting a 5 year old at the best time in his career that requires zero vet work and has an amazing attitude. I’ll buy them all back if I don’t get what there worth the last two I bought back both wired the field in there next start after the auction." "Show me a horses lines that’s never been in a claimer worth 60k that are so much better then his."
Bigger question. Why would someone look to sell such a fine earning overnight racehorse?
Is it just me or is it a known fact that pet gets help from Josh Marks ?
known fact!
