Pretty sure there is plenty of proof and even an admission of guilt by one trainer.   tmbz1

How does CC own horses with Surick, Navaro & Oaks and not be indicted?  Everyone in the business knows how hands on she is and how she has to know every detail.  For anyone to say she didn't know what was going on is crazy.  She can't play the dumb blonde on this one.

He still got 4 months down from 2 years and admitted he shouldn't have done what he did.  Lots of proof he beat the shit out of that horse.

The witnesses were questionable at best. And the fact the AGCO used intimidation to coerce them into talking would not have gone well in a real court
