Is he good or bad for the business?

Puts a lot of money into horses and the sport

Uses mainly trainers who are questionable as far as druggers.

What's your opinion?

Like him or not HT is a necessary evil with the way the sport is regulated. He has defended his share of criminals. But what lawyers haven’t. But he also saved Andy Shetlers career when PA tried to give him a long suspension and big fine. Turned out the piss catcher piss in the cup himself. Oh and he is employed by the state of PA. If not for the incompetence of the racing commissions HT would have been a non factor 20 years ago.

Add him to list of people who criticized and fought the way M1 ran its operation and then as soon as he got thrown out, he kicked, screamed and tried to beg his way back in.

He's great for the sport, as are other dignitaries like Marvin Katz and the Grand Dame Michelle Craword.

Let's not forget he's one of God's Chosen People.        ;D
