It's not automatic that a horse suspended in Canada is also suspended in the USA. Plus he does have new owners since the infraction and that may matter. I'll bet they find a way to race him.
Does the rule-----US and Canada-----clearly address this situation-----a private sale that took place immediately after the horse came up positive (from out of competition testing)? This should be very interesting.
Was the testing (not the results) done before or after the sale?
it was done 5 days before the NA Cup final.
it was done two days after elim of NA cup..
There is reciprocity..same goes if trainer suspended..
