I call bullshit as far as SEC goes. This is a hobby for most not an investment

SEC Involvement:
Securities Laws Compliance:

Investment Contracts: If the fractional ownership arrangement is structured in a way that resembles an investment contract (i.e., it involves pooling funds with the expectation of profits primarily from the efforts of others), it could fall under the SEC's jurisdiction. This is particularly relevant if the arrangement is marketed as an investment opportunity rather than just a hobby or shared ownership experience.
Regulation D or Other Exemptions: If the fractional ownership is considered a security, the offering may need to comply with SEC regulations, such as those related to Regulation D (which provides exemptions from registration for certain private offerings) or other relevant regulations.
Disclosure and Transparency:

If fractional ownership is classified as a security, the entity offering the shares might be required to provide specific disclosures and adhere to transparency standards to protect investors. This includes providing information about the risks involved, the management of the horse, and any potential returns.
Fraud Prevention:

The SEC also plays a role in preventing fraud and ensuring that investors are not misled. If there are fraudulent practices or deceptive marketing in fractional ownership offerings, the SEC can take action.
Other Regulatory Bodies:
State Regulations: In addition to the SEC, state regulators might have rules that affect fractional ownership, particularly concerning gambling and investment practices.
Racing Authorities: Organizations like the Jockey Club or other horse racing regulatory bodies often have their own rules and guidelines for ownership and racing operations.
In summary, while the SEC might not be directly involved in all aspects of horse racing fractional

It's a business for AMAC and he is the one who would be charged with defrauding the shareholders.  Hobby or not for most, AMAC would be the one accused of stealing/misleading them.  I'm not so sure it will happen, but I do think it would be possible.

His videos are like the Griswolds going to Wally World. He lures you in like he’s a great family guy but he’s a stone cold fraudster.
